Maintenance contracts in compliance with the new Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections

After receiving enquiries from customers and non-customers alike
asking for a maintenance schedule in compliance with the new Care
Quality Commission (CQC) inspections, Clean Room Equipment began trails
in a number of our customer sites.

We are now delighted to announce that following a successful trial period, we can now offer a complete service to maintain and repair any item of stainless steel laboratory equipment. The most common item requiring attention is the Transfer/Pass-through hatch.

By offering this service we hope to significantly extend a product’s life cycle
and enable substantial savings by eliminating the significant cost of
replacement. Reliable equipment also minimises disruption associated
with downtime and any necessary building works etc.

We can ensure that the equipment conforms to CQC standards and is
working as was originally intended regardless of the original
manufacturer.

Clean Room Equipment has been manufacturing and supplying high
specification stainless steel products to hospitals and laboratories for
over 10 years.

Our range of bespoke products, notably Pass Through or Transfer Hatches, Vision Panels, Step-over Benches, Emergency Escape Panels,
Benches, Trolleys, and Dispensers etc, are all designed, manufactured
and assembled in house at our premises in Burnley, Lancashire.
